This jacket works as two. Since you are putting in the time to make one jacket, why not make two at the same time. One fabric, both sides showing, with trim on the inside to cover the seaming and add interest at the same time. Use any fabric you like both sides, then find or make some great trim to match. Silhouette Patterns has this fabric available in the pink suede and shear ling on the inside. The cup sizing is disguised into the princess seams from shoulder to hem. $14.00
